We worked as part of the design team to re-envision the White Bear Lake waterfront at the confluence of a series of suburban style shopping malls. The team planned a new network of roads and paths to link the site to the rest of the community.
We provided architectural solutions to parking scenarios, new commercial orientations, and housing locations and typologies to maximize the site's potential. This effort included working with many current landowners to solve property design and access issues in a comprehensive phased pan.
The overall scope of the project included $15 million in 122,000 SF of retail, office, and residential uses in addition to a centralized parking facility.
